Girls Hostel Kathmandu

With the aim of providing quality service and homely environment, Holy Gems Girls hostel was established in 2002 by the team of experienced and professional members. Located in the heart of Dillibazaar City, this hostel is one of the most affordable hostels in Kathmandu.

Holy Gems Girls Hostel is proud to define itself as “A home away from home” and it is indeed your second home where you will be treated as a part of own family. It has a peaceful environment with friendlier and helpful staffs.

There are number of girls who come to Kathmandu from rural areas for better job opportunities and further studies. But due to competitive environment, high rent and security issues, many girls do not find appropriate place to stay. Considering these issues in mind, Mrs. Ratna Sharma Gautam came up with a strategy to help those girls.

The only appropriate way she found was to introduce a hostel with homely environment at affordable price. Thus, she established a hostel named as “Holy Gems Girls Hostel” in 2002 and it has been actively serving quality services with hygienic food, peaceful and homely environment.

Mrs. Gautam is also a founder of “Maitidevi Mahila Savings Co. Limited” which is aimed at providing loans and other funding to the needy and helpless ladies. It also organizes women empowerment programs, blood donation campaigns, trainings and skills for jobless women and many more.
